Refund policy
At Denim Blanket Co., we make and sell goods meant to last; pieces you can live with, travel with, and pass down. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition- unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, send us a note at denimblanketco@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We stand behind what we make and sell. Please take a look at your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, let us know right away. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale, including:
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Personalized items
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials
We’re also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The simplest way to make an exchange is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
