A collaboration with chef Michelle Mulford of Uncommon Feasts! Michelle's peppery, aromatic Masala Chai is her traditional after-dinner drink that she serves in demitasse cups after her gorgeous and aptly named, uncommon feasts.
Makes 20 servings, Caffeinated. - Tasting Notes: Peppery, tannic, herbal, bright, warming, soothing, zesty - Pairs Well With: Milk, milk alternatives, good company - Special Tips: For 2 servings: Combine 1 tablespoons chai mix with 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup milk & 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes; strain & serve. (For a spicier version, use 2 tablespoons chai mix.)
